Cardiac Troponin I(CTnI)/ Myoglobin(MYO) / Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme(CK-MB) Rapid Test

Cardiac Troponin I (CTnI) /Myoglobin(MYO)/Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme(CK-MB) Rapid Test is based on the technical principle of the double anti-sandwich method. It is easy to use, does not require any equipment or additional tests. Comprehensive specimen coverage, whole blood, serum and plasma samples can be tested. The test is rapid and the results are easy to interpret, taking 10 minutes to interpret. Highly stable, stored at room temperature and valid for up to 24 months. CTnI/MYO/CK-MB Rapid Test Product Background

Myoglobin is a ferrous haemoglobin protein found in muscle tissue. Due to its small molecular weight, whenmuscle cells are damaged, myoglobin is rapidly released into the blood and begins to rise in the blood 2 to 4 hourslater. This is why myoglobin is used as one of the early markers of myocardial infarction.

Creatine kinase isoenzyme is a dimeric enzyme found in cardiac muscle tissue and is involved in the de novometabolism of muscle tissue. when the myocardium is injured, creatine kinase isoenzyme is released into theblood and begins to rise in the blood after 3 to 8 hours. creatine kinase isoenzyme is one of the important markersof myocardial infarction.

Troponin is composed of the troponin l, T and c subunits.when the myocardium is injured, the cardiac troponincomplex is released into the blood and begins to rise in the blood after 4 to 6 hours. The elevated troponinlremainsin the blood for a long time (6 to 10 days), thus providing a long detection period.
